Management Team
Maralin Falik, Chief Executive Officer
Maralin Falik has more than thirty-five years experience in election administration, helping manage

and conduct over seven thousand elections. Most of her professional career (1981-1999) was spent

at the Honest Ballot Association, a not-for-profit organization founded by Theodore Roosevelt, where she was Executive Director.
Because of her extensive experience in providing complete election management solutions to key private sector clients, including labor unions, associations and cooperatives/condominiums, she has been named chairperson of GES Mediation and Arbitration Division. Her perfect record reflects the quality of her work when defending challenges elections before the Department of Labor and the courts. Ms. Falik has also testified as an “election expert” to the courts and various oversight groups.

John Matthews, Chairman
John S. Matthews serves as the Chairman of Global Election Services. Mr. Matthews has been involved in United States Politics since the 1980s, having worked on and for numerous elections, including: Carol Berman for NY State Senate; Mark Green for US Senate; Mario Cuomo For NY Governor; Daniel Patrick Moynihan for US Senate, (Mr. Matthews also served as Senator Moynihan’s Director of the Senator’s New York Office acting as the Senator’s senior Ombudsman, responsible for constituent services and legislative initiatives); Al D’Amato for US Senate; Clinton Gore Presidential Campaign; Dick Gephardt for US Congress and President; Carol Maloney for US Congress; Ted Kennedy for US Senate; Martin Frost for US Congress; Terry McAuliffe for Governor of Virginia; Charlie Crist for Governor of Florida; Steve Westly for Comptroller of California.  Formally Mr. Matthews worked in the Securities Business in the United States and was an Officer of numerous Registered Broker Dealers from 1995 to 2014, including Global Arena Capital Corp, our former subsidiary, which GAHC sold in 2014.

Kathryn Weisbeck, President

Kathryn Weisbeck has worked in the administration and execution of all client elections, dealing specifically with nomination meetings, coordinating with member eligibility,  registration and the supervision of in-person elections and ballot tabulation and auditing.  Ms. Weisbeck earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees, from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio (SAG-AFTRA), Actors Equity Association (AEA) and Film Independent (FIND).


Joel Young, Election Administrator
Joel Young has worked with GES since its inception. Mr Young has over 15 years in supervising Elections. Mr Young interacts with clients and is involved with the weekly activity reports to clients, ensuring replacement ballots reach voting members, and coordinates ballot development, and all mailings to members.
