John S. Matthews
Chairman
John Matthews has served as Chairman of GES since its inception in 2015, overseeing the development of election software and hardware systems for voter registration, tabulation, and reporting.
With decades of experience in election administration and U.S. politics, Mr. Matthews has worked on numerous Republican and Democratic campaigns at the statewide, congressional, and presidential levels. He previously served on Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan’s 1988 U.S. Senate campaign and as Director of the Senator’s New York Office, where he oversaw constituent services and legislative initiatives.
Mr. Matthews received his undergraduate degree from Long Island University in 1987.

Kathryn Weisbeck
President
Kathryn Weisbeck has served as President of GES since the company’s inception in 2015. She manages the company’s core operational, technical, and client-facing functions, including election material production, vendor coordination, workforce management, IT direction and voter support operations.
In addition to overseeing numerous elections nationwide, Ms. Weisbeck led the planning and execution of the North Dakota Democratic–NPL Presidential Primary in 2020, leading all phases of the process from ballot design and technology deployment to call center operations, election-day execution, tabulation, and results reporting.
Ms. Weisbeck holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.
Maralin Falik
CEO
Maralin Falik serves as Chief Executive Officer of GES. Since 2015, she has led the firm’s strategic direction and growth, supervising over 8,800 elections across the United States. Raised in a union household, she brings a deep understanding of labor values and election integrity to her work, implementing enhanced protocols to safeguard elections and ensure transparency and equal access for all candidates across in-person, mail ballot, and electronic voting systems.
Prior to GES, she served as Executive Director of the Honest Ballot Association and later joined Election Services Solutions, where she helped drive nationwide expansion. Widely recognized as an expert in mail ballot voting, Falik has not had a single election overturned under her leadership.
James Daprile
James Daprile, Vice President Customer Relations
JamesDaprile is responsible for pre-election communication with all members and candidates, supervising the GES helpdesk, preparing bi-weekly union and candidate activity reports, and coordinating all USPS Business Reply Mail Boxes nationwide.
Previously, Daprile held senior leadership roles with FINRA, in addition to small U.S. broker-dealers and global investment banks. His background includes managing the implementation of enterprise-level information systems, including trading and settlement platforms, management reporting tools, general and securities ledger systems, and regulatory reporting databases.
James earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University.

ADVISORY BOARD
Facundo Bacardi serves as an Advisor to Global Election Services. As a shareholder and member of the family that owns and controls Bacardi, he brings deep experience in international business operations, corporate governance, and enterprise leadership.
Bacardi previously held executive roles for Bacardi’s manufacturing and distribution operations across international markets. He has served as a Director of Panama-based investment company Suramericana de Inversiones, S.A., since 1990. Additionally, Bacardi is a founding shareholder of JSM Capital Holding Corp. and a shareholder of Global Arena Holdings.
Facundo Bacardi
Kiki Vandeweghe serves as an Advisor to Global Election Services, bringing senior leadership experience from executive management, organizational governance, and professional sports.
Vandeweghe previously served as Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations for the NBA and has held leadership roles as a team general manager and interim head coach. His background also includes experience as a media analyst with ESPN and a 13-year career as a professional basketball player.
